Bruce Jenner's divorce may not have wiped him out, but his recent car crash just might.

The millionaire Olympic gold medalist and ex-husband to Kris Jenner was reportedly insured for a measly $250,000 at the time of his deadly four-car pileup in Malibu earlier this month, Radar Online claims.

That paltry sum, if true, could put Jenner's entire assets at risk should the surviving crash victims — five of which were injured — or their loved ones decide to sue him for more than what he's insured for, said one attorney.

"Most people aren't going to have more than $250,000," Maryland and Virginia Attorney Paul Samakow told the Daily News Tuesday of the reported sum.

But for someone of Jenner's financial stature, reportedly in the millions, he said that figure could come back to haunt him.

"Is he properly covered? Probably not," he speculated if Radar Online's report is true. One's insurance coverage, he explained, should reflect "a reasonable idea of the value of assets someone could take from me."

Samakow, speculating on why Jenner's coverage could be so low, suggested that his insurance agent may have "hoodwinked" him into purchasing a lower coverage plan for its lower premium.

"They don't want to pay more than they have to. They'll tell you $250,000, you'll be fine!" he said. "They'd rather sell 10, $250,000 policies at smaller premiums than one large [policy]."

TMZ reported earlier this month that the 65-year-old has since hired top criminal defense lawyer Blair Berk to help navigate the accident that killed 69-year-old widow Kim Howe.

Howe resided in a posh, gated southern California enclave where she counted Jenner’s stepdaughters, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, as neighbors.

While Jenner has not been criminally charged in the crash, reports initially speculated that he became distracted by his cellphone while driving. Others have accused him of driving too closely.

Both acts are traffic violations in California.
